Ushers assist people to the pew, take up the collection, count the number of Mass attendees and select volunteers to present the offertory gift. Ushers chaperone as people receive communion, and they straighten the pews after Mass. Ushers hand out bulletins and assist the greeters.

Greeters offer a friendly welcoming presence to those coming to Mass, and answer any questions they may have regarding the liturgy or the parish.
