As Christians we are called to constantly reform our lives in conformity to Christ. This requires ongoing formation in the Catholic faith at each stage of our life. St. Augustine once wrote that “faith seeks understanding”, which leads us to a deeper knowledge and love of what we believe. Formation is thus an essential component to our lives and is indispensable for a Christian disciple.

*NEED COPY OF BAPTISMAL RECORD FOR FIRST COMMUNION AND COPY OF BOTH BAPTISMAL AND COMMUNION FOR CONFIRMATION

*NECESITO UNA COPIA DEL REGISTRO BAPTISMAL PARA LA PRIMERA COMUNIÓNY COPIA DEL REGISTRO BAPTISMAL Y DE LA COMUNIÓN PARA LA CONFIRMACIÓN
